Worked on the louislam/uptime-kuma repository to deliver a near-complete Turkish localization of the user interface, focusing on accessibility and usability for Turkish-speaking users. Leveraged JSON and front end development skills to translate 97.5% of UI strings using the Weblate platform, establishing a streamlined workflow for ongoing internationalization and quality assurance. The approach emphasized maintainable localization practices, enabling easier onboarding and navigation for new users. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on expanding the product’s reach in the Turkish market and enhancing global readiness through improved internationalization and localization processes within the codebase.
