Worked on restructuring the Hello Dolly plugin across both desrosj/wordpress-develop and WordPress/WordPress repositories, migrating it into a dedicated directory and implementing an upgrade routine to ensure seamless migration of active plugin references. Addressed UI consistency by refining CSS to fix emoji rendering and positioning in plugin list titles, ensuring inline display without disrupting layout. Improved build and test reliability by reverting problematic svn:ignore changes and correcting version strings, restoring stable CI and build tool configurations. Utilized PHP, CSS, and build/test tools throughout, focusing on maintainability, upgrade path reliability, and consistent user experience across WordPress core development workflows.
