Worked on enhancing the aws/aws-sdk-pandas repository by delivering support for AWS Athena workgroups with managed query results. Focused on implementing the managed-results API read path, enabling end-to-end handling of query execution and retrieval for users leveraging Athena workgroups. Expanded integration test coverage to include scenarios for managed query results, including cases with empty result chunks, to ensure reliability and completeness. Utilized Python and Pandas for data handling and API development, while leveraging AWS services to improve data access patterns. The work addressed integration reliability and provided a more robust experience for users working with managed results in Athena environments.
