Strengthened Kubernetes upgrade reliability by ensuring previously applied --set flags persist during upgrades. Achieved notable CI/CD improvements with long-running and cloud test workflows passing, and introduced new GitHub variables/secrets to support the new tenancy and deployment model. Delivered a Deployment Workflow Enhancement refactor to streamline migration from Azure Container Registry to GitHub Container Registry, boosting deployment reliability and reducing pipeline friction. Also addressed CI/testing reliability gaps by refining the functional test trigger and updating GitHub App token permissions to include read access for contents, eliminating permission-related test failures.

November 2025: Radius project achieved a major architectural improvement by replacing the Gitea-based Git service with a custom Git HTTP backend, delivering faster, more scalable Git operations within Kubernetes.
