Worked on expanding ICT sensor monitoring coverage in the librenms/librenms repository by updating ICT MIB files to support temperature and battery sensors across additional device models. The approach involved renaming MIB files, recalibrating OID references, and updating configuration files to ensure accurate discovery and display of new sensor data. Leveraging skills in Configuration Management, Device Monitoring, and MIB Management, the work enabled more comprehensive and reliable monitoring of ICT devices. All changes were delivered in a single, well-documented commit using PHP and YAML, resulting in enhanced proactive issue detection and improved mean time to resolution for monitored environments.
