Focused on validating the correct parsing of accession strings and handling edge cases involving unexpected ordering of version, participant set, and consent fields. Leveraged Python and the pytest framework to expand test coverage, ensuring that data ingestion pipelines are less prone to parsing-related failures. Maintained clear commit traceability and structured the test suite for future maintainability and refactoring. This work demonstrated a methodical approach to testing and contributed to the reliability of data processing workflows in Python environments.
