
In February 2026, Winest contributed to the Azure/azure-rest-api-specs repository by delivering general availability readiness for the Azure Maps Search API. This work involved implementing geocoding, reverse geocoding, and autocomplete features, along with updating API specifications and JSON-based examples to reflect new capabilities.
