During July 2025, work centered on establishing a modular Java project foundation in the next-engineer/next-java-exercise repository. The developer scaffolded a Library Management System and a UnitTwo module, introducing core components such as Book, Library, Member, Account, and Employee classes. A comprehensive project structure refactor replaced a monolithic layout with a multi-module architecture, integrating submodules and external subproject references. This approach emphasized code organization, file management, and object-oriented programming, reducing technical debt and enabling scalable feature delivery. Throughout the process, disciplined use of Git ensured incremental, maintainable changes, supporting safer refactoring and streamlined future development without introducing new bugs.
July 2025 focused on establishing a modular Java project foundation for next-java-exercise and preparing for scalable feature delivery. Delivered three core scaffolds with targeted cleanup, and completed a major project structure refactor with submodule integration. These changes replaced a monolithic layout with a clean, multi-module architecture, reducing technical debt and enabling faster feature delivery.
