Worked on the sapcc/helm-charts repository to deliver a Kubernetes-compatible upgrade for the Node Problem Detector image, focusing on improving cluster reliability and streamlining future upgrades. The approach involved updating Helm chart configurations using YAML to align the image version with the latest application release, which reduced alert noise and enhanced node health visibility. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but minor stabilization accompanied the upgrade. This work strengthened release readiness and ensured compatibility with evolving Kubernetes standards, demonstrating practical skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm while emphasizing maintainability and operational efficiency within the cluster management workflow.
