Worked on stabilizing the mekomsolutions/ozone-haiti repository by focusing on dependency management and compatibility for key addons. Addressed a bug by upgrading the Sale Order Price Recalculation addon to version 14.0.1.0.0, ensuring the latest fixes and improved compatibility without introducing code changes. The approach prioritized risk mitigation and future-proofing the codebase, preparing it for upcoming releases. Utilized Python and Odoo’s addon framework to manage dependencies and maintain system stability. The work emphasized careful version control and integration practices, contributing to a more reliable deployment pipeline while maintaining alignment with upstream improvements and minimizing disruption to existing functionality.
