In February 2025, Buyong Jo focused on enhancing the code review process across the woowacourse/java-attendance, java-blackjack, and java-janggi repositories by developing and implementing standardized GitHub Pull Request templates. Using Markdown and leveraging skills in documentation and process design, Buyong introduced templates featuring checklists, self-reflection prompts on object-oriented principles, and reviewer guidance. This approach aimed to improve review quality, ensure requirements were consistently met, and streamline onboarding for new contributors. The work emphasized cross-repository standardization, resulting in more consistent feedback and clearer communication among developers. The depth of the changes addressed both technical and collaborative aspects of the review workflow.
