Worked on the opentensor/btcli repository to deliver two high-impact CLI features focused on configurability and user experience. Developed a subnet configuration enhancement by introducing the min_childkey_take hyperparameter, enabling subnet owners to set minimum thresholds and aligning with existing parameter structures. This feature included updates to metadata and comprehensive unit testing to ensure reliability. Additionally, improved wallet management by adding a coldkeys-only listing option and implementing natural sorting for wallet names, streamlining usability for large directories. All work was completed in Python, emphasizing backend development and robust unit testing practices, with attention to long-term maintainability and code quality.
