Leveraged C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework to migrate stored procedures to service-based approaches, refactor data models, and extend API capabilities for better observability and compliance tracking. Enhanced frontend components to support configurable financial years and clearer modulation parameter visibility, resulting in more reliable, maintainable, and scalable backend and reporting workflows.

Implemented POM data filtering by obligated submitter, suppressed non-actionable Synapse warnings when no POM/NoL, introduced RAG-based late tonnage modulation across results and the cost builder, extended the API with modulation default parameters for materials and tonnage, and enhanced frontend visibility of modulation parameters. These changes improve data accuracy, reduce log noise, and provide clearer visibility into modulation factors for late reporting tonnage, aligning with business goals of reliable reporting and cost calculations.
