Worked on enhancing the build reliability of the xbmc/xbmc project by addressing issues related to Android SDK path detection. Focused on build system configuration and cross-platform development, the work involved updating the logic to dynamically locate the latest cmdline-tools subdirectory required by sdkmanager. This adjustment ensured that the build system could consistently find Android SDK tools despite variations in directory structures across different environments. Using Shell scripting, the solution stabilized Android builds by resolving path resolution issues that previously caused failures in both CI and local setups. The contribution improved the robustness of the build process without introducing new features.
