Updated the Chinese deep linking configuration documentation to clarify distinctions between mobile and desktop settings, aligning content with recent code changes and supporting internationalization. Addressed a build system issue by refining Cargo.toml exclude paths in the plugin template, ensuring build artifacts and development directories were properly ignored to prevent conflicts and reduce CI noise. Demonstrated a methodical approach by validating changes through code review and CI, maintaining repository stability with precise, minimal updates.
