Developed and integrated the Flaresat Live Group Mapping App within the meshtastic/meshtastic repository, focusing on enhancing off-grid mapping and real-time group communication for field operations and remote communities. Delivered an offline-capable mapping solution that enables group tracking and visualization through a rich map interface, supporting disaster response and community engagement scenarios. The work involved end-to-end app integration, comprehensive documentation updates using Markdown and MDX, and clear commit practices to ensure maintainability. By expanding the Meshtastic ecosystem’s capabilities, this contribution laid the foundation for broader adoption of offline-first group tracking and improved communication workflows in challenging environments.
