Worked on the eloqdata/eloqkv repository to deliver a namespace isolation and management system, enhancing storage organization and maintainability. The solution introduced base-255 key encoding and integrated garbage collection for namespaces, improving data separation and lifecycle management. Adjustments to data storage and reserve sizing for prebuilt and system tables enabled more accurate storage planning. Build reliability was addressed by refining include_directories handling for the ROCKSDB data store. The work included updates to documentation and the addition of a test script, streamlining onboarding and testing. The project was implemented in C++ and leveraged database management and key encoding expertise.
