Developed a domain configuration feature for the is-a-dev/register repository, enabling explicit domain mapping for GitHub Pages sites through a new JSON-based configuration file. This solution introduced mrawo.json to define ownership and CNAME records, streamlining the process of provisioning and managing custom domains for static site deployments. Leveraging skills in configuration management and data serialization, the work focused on improving deployment reliability and maintainability by standardizing domain records. The approach utilized JSON for data structure and integrated with version control to ensure traceability. No major bugs were reported, reflecting a focused and well-executed implementation within the project’s scope.
