During August 2025, Xgr6vm updated the executive committee leadership information for the AMS Chapter in the uva-math-code repository. Focusing on documentation accuracy and governance maintenance, Xgr6vm revised the index.md file using Markdown to replace outdated names and links for the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Member At Large. This work improved the repository’s content accuracy and maintainability, supporting better onboarding and transparency for chapter members. The technical approach centered on precise documentation practices, ensuring that leadership changes were clearly reflected. While the scope was limited to a single feature, the update addressed a key need for up-to-date governance records.
