Employed Markdown for structured documentation and technical writing, while also managing version-controlled content updates and multimedia asset integration. The improvements addressed common user questions and reduced support friction, demonstrating disciplined commit practices and precise changelog messaging. No bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts centered on documentation.
