During March 2025, Jie Xie focused on backend development for the OpenListTeam/OpenList repository, addressing a critical issue in the file transfer workflow. Jie identified and resolved a bug in AWS S3 path construction that caused an extraneous slash to be prepended to the bucket name during copy operations. By correcting the S3 object key formatting, Jie eliminated a source of access and copy errors, thereby improving the reliability of cloud storage functionality. The work was implemented in Go, leveraging expertise in AWS S3 and cloud storage systems. This contribution enhanced the stability and correctness of OpenList’s storage-related processes.
