Developed a configuration-driven domain onboarding feature for the is-a-dev/register repository, introducing a new JSON-based settings file called xindicate.json. This file enables declarative specification of domain owners and DNS records, streamlining the onboarding process and reducing the risk of misconfiguration. The implementation leveraged JSON handling and configuration management skills, with all changes tracked through version control for traceability. By establishing a standardized approach to domain provisioning, the work laid the foundation for future automation and consistent deployment practices. No major bugs were reported during the period, reflecting a focused and methodical approach to feature delivery and technical execution.
