Developed an optional integration of VIAVI TestCenter as a traffic generator for Snappi tests within the sonic-net/sonic-mgmt repository, enhancing the realism and coverage of automated network testing. Leveraged Python scripting, Ansible, and YAML to implement the integration with minimal disruption to existing workflows, ensuring backward compatibility and robust operation. Updated testbed documentation and provided practical examples to support adoption, while validating the new feature across multiple testbeds and continuous integration pipelines. This work enabled customers to perform end-to-end traffic validation using TestCenter, streamlining test cycles and increasing confidence in results through improved test automation and network testing capabilities.
