Over a two-month period, contributed to the wowo-zZ/astron-agent repository by developing a plugin configuration import and export feature, enabling seamless transfer of plugin settings in both JSON and YAML formats. This backend enhancement, built with Java and the Spring Framework, improved configuration portability and streamlined onboarding by reducing manual setup. The work included a focused security risk assessment, during which an unauthenticated access vulnerability in the import/export endpoints was identified and documented. Initiated remediation planning and collaborated with security peers to align on governance, ensuring that future iterations would address authentication and access control for these REST API endpoints.
