Developed and integrated a CI observability enhancement for the jfrog/jfrog-cli repository, focusing on improving monitoring and management of continuous integration workflows. Leveraging GitHub Actions and FastCI, the work introduced cross-workflow instrumentation to enable faster detection of failures and more reliable pipeline performance. The implementation, primarily using YAML for workflow configuration, provided developers with quicker feedback and contributed to a more deterministic CI process. By reducing time-to-detection for CI failures and supporting cross-repo collaboration, the changes enhanced release reliability and developer confidence. The project demonstrated skills in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation within modern development pipelines.
