Worked on the port-labs/helm-charts repository to enhance Kubernetes workload flexibility by implementing support for extra containers across Deployments, LiveEvents, and CronJobs. This feature was delivered through updates to Helm chart version 0.9.11, embedding new configuration options directly into deployment templates using YAML. The approach focused on enabling richer workload composition and more consistent resource management, allowing teams to scale and customize deployments more easily. All changes were organized under a dedicated feature branch to ensure a smooth rollout and clear collaboration. The work demonstrated practical application of DevOps principles, Helm templating, and Kubernetes resource configuration.
