Developed and implemented an automated workflow for the openmina/openmina repository to streamline project management by carrying over unfinished tasks between project iterations. Leveraging GitHub Actions and YAML, the solution runs weekly and integrates a third-party action to move tasks based on project configuration, reducing manual overhead and minimizing the risk of lost work. The workflow was thoroughly tested within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure reliability and maintainability. Comprehensive documentation was provided to support future use and adaptation. This work improved planning consistency and project velocity by ensuring that incomplete tasks persist across iterations, supporting more efficient and automated project management processes.
