Yang contributed to the affaan-m/everything-claude-code repository by developing a cross-platform in-process execution path aimed at improving command-line interface reliability, particularly on Windows systems. Using Node.js and JavaScript, Yang exported the run() function from session-end-marker.js, enabling in-process execution and reducing the overhead associated with Windows process spawning. This approach preserved backward compatibility with existing CLI workflows while addressing issues related to spawnSync on Windows. The work focused on scripting and process management, resulting in a more stable and efficient execution environment. Over the course of one month, Yang delivered this feature, demonstrating depth in cross-platform scripting solutions.
