Worked on enhancing Google Cloud KMS key lifecycle management by developing deletion workflows and retired resource management across the GoogleCloudPlatform/python-docs-samples, golang-samples, and java-docs-samples repositories. Focused on implementing permanent deletion of CryptoKeys and CryptoKeyVersions, retrieval and listing of retired resources, and adding warnings to prevent accidental data loss. Leveraged Go, Python, and Java to achieve cross-language consistency, ensuring maintainability and reliability of KMS samples. Integrated targeted tests to validate deletion flows and resource discovery, supporting robust API development and integration. The work improved onboarding and operational clarity for developers managing cryptographic keys in cloud environments.
