Worked on the openclaw/openclaw repository to address a reliability issue in the auto-reply system by fixing a bug related to payload coalescing. Focused on backend development using TypeScript, the work involved debugging complex payload processing logic to eliminate duplicate block replies that previously resulted from blocked coalesced payloads. The solution ensured that payloads were properly unblocked, reducing redundant auto-replies and stabilizing the messaging workflow. This concurrency-aware fix improved system scalability and lowered processing load, while clear Git traceability linked the change to a specific issue for future audits. The work demonstrated strong debugging and issue-driven delivery skills.
