During November 2024, Yoann focused on refining the user interface of the Simprints/Android-Simprints-ID repository by simplifying the Dashboard Settings screen. He removed a redundant Audio Alert preference, which reduced UI clutter and minimized potential user confusion while preserving all existing functionality. Working primarily with Java and leveraging his skills in Android development and UI/UX refinement, Yoann ensured that the updated settings architecture remained fully compatible with the rest of the application. His clear, well-documented commit provided a traceable improvement that supports future enhancements. The work demonstrated thoughtful attention to user experience and careful integration within the established codebase.
