

December 2025: Delivered a comprehensive CARLA-based vehicle tracking feature set with real-time visualization and robust testing tooling. Implemented the main-vehicle navigation with NPC generation/interactions and depth camera display, supported by centralized configuration management and enhanced performance monitoring. Improved tracking accuracy and reliability via Kalman and SORT integration, resolved API compatibility issues, and added an in-UI FPS/processing-time panel for actionable testing metrics. Refined NPC generation, distance-aware tracking using the depth camera, and performed substantial project hygiene updates (documentation, README, requirements, and .gitignore). Added wait-time stabilization to reduce flaky runs and improved error handling to accelerate autonomous perception development.
