Worked on the supabase/auth repository to enhance the Snapchat OAuth integration by enabling extraction of user email addresses from the OAuth response and populating them into user claims. This feature, implemented in Go, focused on improving identity accuracy and supporting downstream authorization and analytics by ensuring email data is consistently captured when available. The approach involved updating both the backend logic and associated tests, using skills in API integration and OAuth to validate that email claims are correctly handled. The work addressed data consistency goals and contributed to more reliable user identity management within the authentication system, without introducing any bug fixes.
