During July 2025, Yokinist focused on improving the reservation system within the Hopin-inc/civicship-portal repository. They addressed a critical issue where certain reservation slots were not recognized as reservable, which previously led to booking errors and potential revenue loss. Using JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, Yokinist delivered an end-to-end bug fix that ensures specific slot IDs are correctly added to the forcefully reservable slots list. This change improved booking reliability across activity slots and time slot lists, reducing user friction. The work demonstrated a solid understanding of frontend development and laid the foundation for more robust slot management enhancements.
