Worked on the UKHSA-Internal/data-dashboard-infra repository, focusing on secure access control through Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and HCL. Over two months, implemented and maintained an IP allow list to manage user access, onboarding new users and correcting misconfigurations to ensure only authorized connections. Addressed issues such as reverting incorrect IP entries and updating user access to maintain accurate, auditable security controls. Each change was tracked with concise commits, supporting traceability and governance. The work emphasized stability and minimal service disruption, validating access after updates to prevent regressions and maintain reliable infrastructure for the data dashboard environment.
