Leveraged Python and gRPC to enable the Aggregator to refresh certificates on-the-fly during TLS handshakes, allowing for root CA re-fetching without manual intervention. Implemented client-side logic to automatically refetch server certificates in response to specific gRPC errors, reducing connection downtime and improving recovery from certificate-related issues. Centralized certificate refresh mechanisms through a callback system, supporting seamless CA rotation. This work strengthened backend reliability and adaptability, addressing evolving network security requirements through automated certificate lifecycle management and robust error handling.
