On the backend, he refactored the incident controller, introduced a new listing endpoint, and standardized API error handling with MongoDB and Mongoose. His work emphasized reliability and maintainability, streamlining business processes such as dispute resolution and incident tracking, while also updating documentation to reflect recent changes and ensure clarity for future development.
