Over a one-month period, contributed to the sankadslt/Debtx-frontend-SLT and sankadslt/debtx-backend repositories by delivering four new features focused on workflow efficiency and API reliability. Developed dispute letter creation and preview functionality with access control for superadmin users, and enhanced incident management with advanced filtering, pagination, and improved UI state visuals. On the backend, refactored incident controllers, introduced a new listing endpoint, and standardized API error handling for greater maintainability. Updated documentation to reflect recent changes. Utilized JavaScript, React, and Node.js, applying skills in API development, state management, and UI/UX design to streamline business operations and user experience.
