Developed a region-aware JumpCloud integration for the clearfeed/quix repository, enabling support for EU-specific base URL configuration to improve regional data routing and minimize misconfiguration risks. The solution involved updating the JumpCloudService to accept a configurable baseUrl, with environment-driven tests ensuring correct behavior for the EU region via the JUMPCLOUD_BASE_URL variable. This work established a foundation for future multi-region deployments and enhanced configuration management practices. Leveraging skills in API integration, backend development, and configuration management, the implementation was carried out using JavaScript and TypeScript, focusing on maintainability and adaptability for evolving infrastructure requirements in cloud-based environments.
