Worked on Estonian localization and accessibility enhancements for the th-ch/youtube-music repository, focusing on improving the user interface for Estonian-speaking users. Utilized translation management tools and i18n best practices to update and refine JSON-based language strings through Weblate, raising translation coverage to 32.8 percent. The approach involved integrating ongoing localization workflows with the pear-devs/pear-desktop/i18n source, ensuring future updates could be managed efficiently. By correcting and clarifying UI phrases, the work laid the foundation for better accessibility and usability, supporting higher adoption among Estonian users and establishing a sustainable process for continued language support and translation quality.
