Z. Brown developed a configurable testnet hard fork height feature for the Chia-Network/chia-blockchain repository, enabling per-network overrides within the initial-config.yaml file. By leveraging Python and YAML, Z. Brown introduced a parameterization approach that allows each testnet, such as testneta, to specify its own HARD_FORK_HEIGHT, ensuring accurate simulation of network upgrades and consistent testnet behavior.
