Worked on the is-a-dev/register repository to implement automated GitHub Pages hosting through a JSON-based configuration system. Developed a new JSON configuration file containing owner information and DNS records, updating the CNAME to point to the new GitHub Pages URL. This approach streamlined deployment by reducing manual setup and ensuring consistency across environments. Leveraged configuration management and data management skills to create an auditable, maintainable setup that simplifies onboarding and ongoing maintenance. The work focused on using JSON for structured configuration, enabling automated deployment processes and providing a clear, version-controlled trail for future updates and troubleshooting within the repository.
