Contributed a feature enhancement to the netbox-community/devicetype-library by adding front and rear image attributes to the Opengear 8100 series device YAML files, improving the accuracy of device representation and asset fidelity within the library. This work involved updating and synchronizing YAML metadata across multiple device types, specifically CM8116, CM8132, and CM8148, to support richer asset rendering and future automation. The approach focused on precise data modeling and device configuration, ensuring consistency and readiness for UI integration. Collaboration with other contributors was reflected in a single comprehensive commit, laying the groundwork for enhanced asset management in the device library.
