During the month, contributed to the menloresearch/JanCode repository by expanding the Chutes provider’s model offerings, adding support for the Qwen3 series and setting DeepSeek-R1-0528 as the default model. This work involved updating TypeScript API type definitions and model configuration files to accommodate new model IDs, enhancing both model selection flexibility and deployment options for the Chutes AI service. Focused on API integration and full stack development, the changes enabled broader, faster, and more cost-effective inference capabilities. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and improving the service’s competitive positioning.
