Worked on improving the Sidebar UI stability for the ulanpy/nuspace repository, focusing on enhancing layout consistency and user experience. Addressed a persistent layout jump issue by replacing conditional rendering with CSS-based transitions, which resulted in smoother navigation and more reliable interface behavior. Fixed icon alignment and standardized left padding across sidebar elements, while also stabilizing header and footer heights to prevent disruptive layout shifts. Utilized React for component structure and applied both JavaScript and TypeScript to manage UI logic and transitions. These changes contributed to a more polished and consistent navigation experience, directly improving usability and perceived performance for users.
