Worked on backend development for the Duansg/hertzbeat repository, focusing on improving the dashboard deletion user experience. Addressed a critical issue where the delete dashboard flow previously displayed a misleading failure message even after successful deletion. By updating the backend logic in Java, ensured that users now receive a clear success message upon deleting a dashboard, which enhances feedback and reduces confusion. This targeted bug fix improved the reliability of dashboard management features and is traceable through a well-documented commit. The work demonstrated attention to user experience, backend reliability, and effective use of Java for maintaining robust application behavior.
