
Developed support for MiTAC PK-Signed Key Exchange Key (KEK) updates within the microsoft/secureboot_objects repository, enabling secure boot interoperability for MiTAC devices. This work involved expanding the KEK update map to recognize and process vendor-specific PK-signed KEKs, aligning with established security policies and reducing future integration challenges. The implementation was delivered through two traceable commits, each referencing the relevant pull request for transparency. Leveraging skills in JSON configuration management, JSON manipulation, and firmware development, the developer focused on enhancing secure boot capabilities while maintaining clear documentation and adherence to security standards throughout the update process. No bugs were reported.
