Worked on modernizing dependency management and stabilizing CI/CD workflows for the ssvlabs/ssv repository. Migrated the project from Dependabot to Renovate, leveraging YAML to configure automated dependency updates and align development and testing on the stage branch. Extended the Renovate configuration to include additional dependency groups, broadening coverage and reducing manual maintenance. This approach improved automation, accelerated secure updates, and enhanced release reliability. Focused on DevOps practices and dependency management, the work consolidated update processes into a single, maintainable workflow, supporting business agility and code quality. No bugs were fixed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery.
