During January 2026, Zrs Code developed the MCP Tool Discovery and Governance feature for the MSDLLCpapers/teal-agents repository. This work enabled agents to discover and utilize tools from external MCP servers using HTTP transport, with session-scoped discovery and integrated governance controls. Zrs implemented the feature in Python, leveraging skills in API development, OAuth 2.1, and Redis to ensure secure and policy-compliant tool usage. The integration pathways for external MCP tools and governance hooks were validated, supporting safer agent operations. The project demonstrated depth in full stack development and testing, focusing on extensibility and robust policy enforcement without introducing new bugs.
