Worked on two repositories over a two-month period, focusing on both documentation and deep learning model optimization. For cocktailpeanut/HunyuanVideoGP, improved onboarding and integration by enhancing documentation quality, adding a Chinese README for localization, and preparing the project for external platform support such as Replicate. In replicate/cog-flux, delivered hardware-aware FP8 optimization for the KREA model, implementing automatic hardware detection and a BF16 fallback for A100 GPUs to ensure stable production inference. Used Python, Shell, and configuration management skills to streamline deployment, reduce latency, and optimize memory usage, demonstrating a methodical approach to both documentation and machine learning engineering challenges.
